Onboarding Guide
This guide is for users that have been invited to use the Beta release of the Saible payment management system.
A Beta release is one that doesn’t yet contain all of the planned features of an application. We at Saible are keen to hear your feedback on using the system so that we can prioritise building the features you need. Please provide us feedback by using the “Contact Support” function in the app, or by emailing support@saible.co.uk
Please follow the steps below in order to access the Saible Beta App and begin using it on your project. Note that this early version of the app will run in your mobile browser, so you don’t need to download anything from your app store.
Registration
- We will send you a welcome email. Click the link in the email on your mobile device to open the Saible app in your mobile browser.
- The app will show the details you gave us when you signed up. Please confirm these are correct, or contact support@saible.co.uk if there is anything incorrect in the information shown.
- If you have already set a password , you will be asked to enter it on the subsequent screen. If you have not yet set a password, you will be prompted to set one now.
- A password must be at least 8 characters long, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters OR must be at least 20 characters long.
- After you have logged in or set a password, your account will be registered and you will be redirected to the beta app.
Updating the app
As this is an early version of the app, we are likely to add updates relatively frequently as we release new features and address user feedback. You will always be using the most up to date version of the app because you’ll be accessing it through your mobile browser.
