Andy is Chief Strategy Officer at Buildots. Formerly Group CEO of Osborne, he knows first hand what it takes to lead a large construction company, and to operate at the intersection of construction and technology.

Karen is Professor in Finance & FinTech at the University of Birmingham Business School and part of the All Party Parliamentary Group for fair banking. Karen also brings expertise on Corporate Digital Responsibility.

Paul is Director, Business Development & Marketing ‑ Real Estate Finance at United Trust Bank (UTB). UTB is an expanding specialist bank and a significant supporter of SME housebuilders with a loan book approaching £4bn and development finance commitments in the region of £1.5bn. Paul keeps UTB connected to its huge range of real estate customers and partners through effective marketing and an oversubscribed events calendar.

As a barrister and CEO of the Specialist Engineering Contractors’ Group, Rudi has fought passionately for over 3 decades for fairer payments for SMEs and specialist contractors. Currently he has his own legal practice working for trade associations and companies in the construction sector. He brings his extensive legal and industry experience to our advisory panel.

Sandi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders, and was its President in 2023-24. She has chaired and participated in a number of government/industry working groups looking to improve performance in the construction industry, and represented the Women In Property organisation on two All Party Parliamentary Groups. She was appointed OBE in 1998 for her work in promoting women in construction and has been awarded honorary doctorates by Sheffield Hallam University, the University of Westminster and University College of the Built Environment.

William founded and sold two Fintech businesses and was a member of the early team at Modulr, handling their banking and payment relationships. He advises Saible on our bank partnerships & all payment matters.

Zoe is Managing Director of Ezrah Consulting and Founder & Co- CEO of The Save Construction Initiative. She has also been a Director of a construction company. Her drive to change the construction industry for the better is formidable.
