Our Use of Third Parties
1. Banking and payment services
Saible does not provide banking or payment services and does not hold or transfer customer money.
All project funds are held and managed by a UK-regulated bank under a trust account structure.
Our partner bank is responsible for:
• opening and operating the trust account(s)
• receiving and releasing funds from those accounts
• safeguarding project monies under the trust arrangement
Saible provides technology only. The bank provides the regulated payment services.
2. Identity verification and compliance screening
To support secure onboarding and prevent unauthorised access to accounts, Saible uses third-party identity and/or business verification providers.
These providers may carry out:
• identity verification (KYC/KYB)
• fraud prevention screening
• sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEP) checks
Any verification decisions, pass/fail outcomes or required additional checks may be determined by the relevant third-party provider and/or the bank.
3. Cloud hosting and data processing
Saible runs on cloud-based infrastructure provided by world-class hosting providers.
They support:
• secure storage and processing of platform data
• encrypted transmission of information
• platform stability and performance
These providers do not have independent rights to use customer data other than to support delivery of the Saible service.
4. Software integrations and external tools
Certain platform features may rely on integrations with third-party tools (for example: biometrics, document validation, analytics, or collaboration services). Where this is the case:
• Saible instructs the third party to process data only for specified purposes
• the third party must follow contractual security and confidentiality obligations
• customer data is not sold or used for marketing by third parties
5. Changes to third-party providers
The third parties Saible works with may evolve over time as products and security requirements develop.
Saible may add, remove or replace third-party providers from time to time. Any material changes that affect the delivery of services or processing of personal data will be reflected in this page and/or our Privacy Notice.
